INGREDIENTS
50ml Gente de Mezcal Espadín
7 blackberries
25ml lime juice
15ml agave nectar
GARNISH
Three blackberries
GLASS
Small tumbler or old fashioned glass
METHOD
- Skewer three of your blackberries, set aside.
- Add ice to your glass to start cooling it
- Add the 7 blackberries, Mezcal, lime juice and agave nectar to your shaker and stir.
- Add ice and shake for 10 to 15 seconds
- Remove ice cubes from your chilled glass and replace them with fresh ones
- Pour the shaken drink into your glass.
- If desired, garnish with skewered blackberries.
