Find out answers to our frequently asked questions.

We offer three different types of shipping including Standard Delivery, Next-Day Delivery and Saturday Delivery. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible. Shipping prices for Mainland U.K. are listed below:

• Standard Delivery (3-4 Working Days) Free
• Next-Day Delivery (1-2 Working Days) £6.95
• Saturday Delivery £9.95

Working days are Monday-Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays.

All our delivery services are provided by Royal Mail.

Orders must be placed before 12pm for Next-Day Delivery. Any orders placed after the cut-off time of 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Please note that this means any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be
delivered on the following Tuesday.

Next-Day Delivery does not apply to Saturday and Sunday delivery. Please note that Next-Day Delivery is only available for Mainland U.K. orders (excluding selected postcodes in the Scottish Highlands and Lowlands, NI and Channel Islands)

We cannot accept liability for late delivery, as we are relying on a third-party courier. When possible, we advise that you place your order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.

We currently only offer shipping to the U.K. Any orders placed for an address outside of the U.K. will be refunded.

Please note that this may take up to 10 working days to show in your account depending on your bank.

You will be sent a tracking number to your email address. You will then be able to track the progress of your shipment by clicking on the tracking number directly through the courier.

All orders are sent using a signed-for delivery service. Royal Mail will post a delivery note through your letterbox and you will then have to go and collect it from your local delivery office. Please remember to bring I.D. as this is needed to collect your parcel and you may be asked to present this in line with the Challenge 25 Policy.

You have 28 days to notify us from the date of receipt that you wish to return the item and another 14 days to send it back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. We cannot offer any refunds after 28 days have passed.

Please note, we cannot refund any orders if the seal on the box or bottles is broken.

In order to request a refund, please follow the following instructions:

Outline your request by signing into your account, clicking the ‘my account’ icon at the top of the page and then clicking ‘my orders’. Within this menu, pick the relevant order you wish to return and then click on ‘contact us’ where you can submit your request.

Please include the reason why you are returning your order to us, with your order number placed in the subject line of the email. You have 14 days from the date of notifying us that you are returning your order to us to send it back. We will supply the return address once we have received your email. Please note, we do not refund delivery charges unless the item is faulty and return shipping is at your own expense.

Please include your order slip or a note inside the parcel with your name and order number so we can locate your order and issue you a refund once it arrives back to our warehouse.

Salon de Mezcal understands that occasionally, items may get damaged in transit. We want to make life as easy as possible when these mishaps occur which is why we offer a full refund if you notify us of any faulty items.

Please note, we look over all orders thoroughly before being displaced, and all orders claimed to be faulty will be looked at very carefully for any tampering or forceful damage.

If you received a faulty item, please contact our customer service team before sending it back using your account portal (see how to request a refund above).

We allow up to 15 minutes for any cancellations. If you would like to cancel, please email us at hello@salondemezcal.com and we will cancel your order. Please note that once we have shipped your order, we are unable to cancel it. If you wish to return your order, please refer to our Returns Policy. We do not cover return shipping costs and our postage charge is also non-refundable.

Please ensure you type in all your details correctly as we cannot be held accountable for any mistakes made upon confirming purchase. If you find this to be the case, please email us immediately and we will try and stop the delivery process. However, we function on an automated fast delivery process, and can therefore not guarantee that we will be able to rectify this issue once your order has been confirmed.

We want you to enjoy a full experience of Mezcal, wherever you may be. We want to educate each participant about the principles of Mezcal culture, from agave cultivation to drinking rituals. We will teach you how to use all the material you are provided within your Mezcal gift box and how to lay it all out correctly. Our Mezcal Expert will give you an overview of the origins of Mezcal, how to drink and appreciate it, the production process, and the tasting complexities of each agave variety.
